It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Ralph Schwenn Sr. of Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Schwenn and Marion Hill Schwenn; his wife Sherry; his children, Laurene Gonzales (Robert) of Merrionette Park, Ray Schwenn Jr. of Joliet and David Schwenn (Robin) of Homer Glen; his grandchildren, Megan Royce (Kyle), Jesse Gonzales (Alexandra), Timothy Gonzales, Kevin Schwenn (Anna) and Shawn Schwenn; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Gonzales (Ellie) and Jesse Gonzales Jr.; his brother Charles Schwenn (Denise); and his pet Shadow. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established for Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care.
