He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Binkley and Georgia Binkley (Scott); his children, Matthew and Sarah; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Benita Ireland.
He is survived by: his wife K. Robin; his children, Scott Binkley (Danielle) and Susan Binkley; his grandchildren, Rylee, Gabrielle and Isabella; and his siblings, Gary Binkley (Jonell), Linda Gentry (Larry), Karen Binkley, Mark Binkley (Margarethe) and Valerie Weis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to the family for future disbursement to many of Richard's charities that he was so fond and appreciative of.
