He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Carlson (Sandberg) and Richard V. Carlson of Fourth Avenue. He is survived by: his brother Dale Carlson (Carol) of Appleton, Wisconsin; his nephews, Ron and Brian; his brother-in-law Dr. Christopher Perkins (Manuela) of San Diego; his close friend Donald Martin (late Sharon); Linda A. Carlson, Jane Farris and Linda Rousonelos.
