He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Charles Gustafik Sr. and Joan Prue (Bergstrom); his stepmother Joan Gustafik (Schultz); and his niece Ashley Gustafik. He is survived by: his wife Tina Gustafik; his children, Rob (Marilyn), Brandi (Jeremy) and Corey (Melissa); his pets, Cheeto and Junior; his grandchildren, Hailee, Ashlynn, Auston and Evan; his siblings, Joanne (Brian) and Kenneth (Norma); his nieces and nephews, Kelley, Matthew, Michael, Jeremiah, Elias, Melanie and Mitchell; and his godchildren, Melanie Ward and Adam Gustafik.
Despite facing health challenges and receiving a kidney and liver transplant during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in September 2020, he continued to fight and persevere with incredible strength and courage.
