He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Fitzer and Viola Fitzer (Hacker); his parents-in-law, Fred and Gladys Roth (Newman); his sister Lois Hyder (Fitzer); his brother-in-law William Morse; his niece Barbara Anderson (Douglas); and his grandson Matthew B. Kinsella.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Fitzer (Roth); his daughters, Juanita Francis (Philip) of Paradise Valley, AZ, Susan Heisner (Bernard) of Fairview Heights, IL and Carolyn Kinsella (John) of Seneca, IL.; his granddaughter Nita; his great grandchildren, Sarah Walsh (Matt), Laura Jacobs (Jeff), Robert Francis (Melissa) and Catherine Francis; his granddaughter Sue; his great grandchildren, Charles Heisner (Holly) and Elizabeth Paradiso (Bob); his grandchildren, Michael Kinsella (Kristin), Kathleen Rexroade (Victor) and Colleen Kinsella; his sister-in-law Priscilla Morse (Roth); and his sibling's children, Sharyl Deckard, Jeanette Morse and Richard Hyder.
