He is survived by: his mother Pamela Terlecki (Gregory); his sister Brandi Herath (Ryan); his daughter Kaley M. Lee; his stepsiblings, Josh Terlecki (Casey), Samantha Janke (Wyatt) and Justin Terlecki; his siblings, Nikki Bricco (Jay) and Paul Summers; and his nephew Nolan Herath.
