He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John and Mary Vivian Kutsie; and his brother Daniel Kutsie. He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Thomas Kutsie of Joliet and Richard Joseph Kutsie (Dana) of Joliet; his grandchildren, Quinn and Rose Kutsie; and his sister Patricia Raymond (Daniel).
