It is with sadness that the passing of Thomas J. Kompare of Joliet, Illinois is shared. Thomas, born on October 7, 1943, passed away on October 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Thomas will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kompare and Katherine Kompare. He is survived by: his friends, Peg, Jim Marchio, Mike, Stephanie Hart and Tom; and his goddaughters, Erin Cameron and Lorin Kraeling. He is also survived by numerous cousins and many close friends.
A committal service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (23060 W Jefferson St, Joliet, IL 60431).
