He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Sharon Welch (Donald), Thomas Patrick Wise (Nancy) and Michael Wise (Jill); his grandchildren, Melissa New (Greg), Justin Wise (Lauren), Steven Welch (Lindsay), Taryn Price (Geoff), Jacob Wise (Ashley), Kim Welch (Nick Crudele), Michael Wise (Samantha), Shaina Wise, Janai Olsen (Adam), Jordan Wise (McKenzie) and Rayanne (Nic Zey); and his great grandchildren, Emily, Max, Tommy, Alex, Leah, Daniel, Teagan, Anna, Audrey, Raymond, Riley, Josie, Sofia, Abel, Andy-Rae, Riker, Freya, William and Leona.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to be made to the American Cancer Society, Lightways Hospice, or your local VFW.
