William C. Boyd Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William C. Boyd (Joliet, Illinois), who passed away on January 7, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sons, Clifford Boyd and Robert Young; his grandson Michael Freiling; his father Clifford Boyd (Anna); and his sisters, Geraldine Anderson and Maryann D'Amico.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Boyd; his children, William Young, Adam Young (Betty), Barbara Sherman and Rosie Galindo (Daniel); his stepchildren, Kathleen Lukancic, John Ruddy (Kristine), Erin Ruddy, Lori Buchanan (Jesse) and Brian Ruddy; his granddaughter Colleen Lukancic; and his brother Daniel Boyd.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in William's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital will be appreciated.
