He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene J. Tezak and Willetta J. Tezak; and his wife Judith R. Tezak. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Padavic (Tim) and Eric E. Tezak; his granddaughters, Samantha Bralich (Dane) and Hannah Polischuk (Alon); and his brothers, Eugene P. "Skip" Tezak (Jan) and Douglas E. Tezak (Kerry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bill's name may be made to the Trustbridge Hospice Foundation, Inc., 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407, in appreciation for the compassionate care provided during his final days.
