With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie L. Stokes (Jonesboro, Illinois), who passed away on October 24, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafayette Carroll and Ruth Rich (Stout); her husband Herman Lee Stokes; her sister Betty Jones; and her sons-in-law, Mike Watkins and P. L. Parr.
She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Parr of Lick Creek, Carol Watkins of Lick Creek and Matt Stokes (Donna) of Lick Creek; her grandchildren, Chandler Parr (Sherri), Tim Parr (Kim), Jennifer Stokes and Ashley Cookson (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Chandra Kaye Englehart (Hunter), Zack, Jake Parr, Travis, Brady Woodworth, Clayton Smith, Bella Cook, Ryker and Cru Cookson; her great great grandchildren, Charlestyn Englehart, Mila Parr and Huntson Englehart; and her nieces, Pam Jones and Paula Sullivan of Goreville. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
