She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Parcell and Minnie Janet Parcell (Slicker); her husband Fredrick Dwane Barker; her son Duane E. Barker; and her brother Samuel B. Parcell.
She is survived by: her son David Barker of Paxton; her grandchildren, Matthew Barker, Steve Barker and Tacara Jackson; her great grandchildren, Sarai, Devon Jackson and Bradley Baker; and her brother Charles Parcell (Sarah) of Chicago. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other extended family.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Church Cemetery (Church St, Jonesboro, IL 62952).
