It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Eugene McRaven of Jonesboro, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 3, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Mac McRaven and Mildred McRaven (Rhymer); his brother Wayne McRaven; and his son Glen Eugene McRaven. He is survived by : his partner Arlis Sasek; his brother Doyle McRaven; his sons, Robert Meirndorf and Peter McRaven; his grandchildren, Jonathan Meirndorf (Jacqueline Meirndorf), Josh Meirndorf and Jennifer Burgess (Russell Burgess); his great grandchildren, Joshua Evers, Lillian Evers, Merric Meirndorf, Katherine Meirndorf and Kimber Meirndorf; his nephew Joey McRaven (Martha McRaven); and his nieces, Sherri Hileman (Russell Hileman) and Cindy Cain.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Residential Hospice.
