It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Glen Burris of Jonesboro, Illinois, who passed away on December 26, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Mezo; and his sisters, Mary Catherine Santacruz and Phyllis Singley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Burris; his children, Rowdy Burris and Michele Burris of Jonesboro; his grandchildren, Corlis Burris (April) of Tamms and Zach Burris (Lindsey Edwards) of Jonesboro; his great grandchildren, Grant, Tate Burris and Blake Edwards; his siblings, Sharon Stafford of Alberta, Alabama and Larry Burris (Maggie) of Saraland, Alabama; and his aunt Vonnie Burris of Mobile, Alabama.
