It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Krikie of Junction, Illinois, who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Gregory is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Gregory's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Krikie and Virginia Rose Case (Frier); and his stepfather Carl J. "Butch" Case. He is survived by: his wife Erin Krikie (Kielhorn) of Junction; his children, Dylan (Danielle Krikie) and Jayden Krikie of Junction; his brothers, Richard "Richie" (Cheryl Case) and James Krikie of Herald; and his grandson Knox Krikie of Norris City. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vickery Funeral Chapel (274 W Marshall Ave, Shawneetown, IL 62984).
