He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Yorkin and Violet Yorkin; his sister Donna Schaefer; and his close friend Francis Smolich (Buddy). He is survived by: his sister Josephine Yorkin; his stepdaughter Cheryl Smolich; his stepgrandchildren, Eric Smolich and Joy Conley (Smolich); and his nieces and nephews, Darrell Schaefer (Clara), Jeff Schaefer (Denise), Terri Ingles, Tony Ingles, Teddy Ingles, Maranda and Cody.
