He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Agnieszka Smolarczyk (Boguslaw), Hanna Wawer (Adam), Zdzislaw Ptaszek (Dorota), Agata Ptaszek and Lukasz Ptaszek; his stepchildren, Henryk Wojdyla (Sabina) and Sylwia Ohlrich (Steve); his grandchildren, Marta Komperda (Dawid), Natalia Galazka (Lukasz), Anita Samoraj (Przemyslaw), Iza Wawer, Gabriela Szczurek (Jakub), Kraolina Ptaszek, Weronika Ptaszek, Dawid Ptaszek, Olivia Kot and Eric Wojdyla; his great grandchildren, Kacper, Alicja, Antos, Krystian, Julek, Kornelia, Julia, Antosia, Rozalia, Aurelia and Laura; his parents, Zofia Ptaszek and Stefan Ptaszek; and his sister Teresa Kafar. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
