She is survived by: her husband Tadeusz Kruczak; her children, Zbigniew Kruczak (Bozena), Zofia Mietus (Bronislaw), Jan Kruczak (Zofia), Andrzej Kruczak and Katarzyna Kruczak; her grandchildren, Klaudia Kruczak, Martyna Kruczak, Krystian Mietus, Partyk Mietus, Weronika Mietus, Karolina Mietus, Simon Kruczak, Julia Kruczak, Victoria Kruczak, Antoni Kruczak, Kacper Solana and Maksymilian Solana; and her siblings, Jan Zloza, Stanislaw Zloza (Czeslawa), Wladyslaw Zloza (Zofia) and Ludwina Staszel (late Wladyslaw). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
