He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Irene Skorka; his children, Daniel Skorka and Aneta Linko; his grandchildren, Emma, Dylan and Carson Linko; his sister Danuta Szponder; and his mother-in-law Janina Kurtyka.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady Mother of the Church (116 Hilton St, Willow Springs, IL 60480).
