He was predeceased by: his wife Maryann; his granddaughter Kristen Ashlee Charleston; his parents, Stella Czuma and Alfred Czuma; and his sister Phyllis Letkiewicz (Eugene).
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Boyes (Kenneth), Pat Charleston (Russell) and Richard Czuma (Barbara); his grandsons, Dr. Richard Czuma, David Charleston (Elizabeth), Dr. Michael Czuma (Sarah) and Christopher Boyes; his great grandchildren, Adam Czuma and Mateo Charleston; and his siblings, Jeanette Lica (Bernard) and Mitchell Czuma (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Zarzycki Manor Chapels, Ltd. - Chicago (5088 S Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60632-4546). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bruno Church (4751 S Harding Ave, Chicago, IL 60632-3628). A burial was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 Archer Ave, Justice, IL 60458).
