She was predeceased by: her husband Roman J. Lapa; her daughter Donna Lapa; and her parents, Maria Spiewak and Jan Spiewak. She is survived by: her children, Roman Lapa, Josephine Simon (Fredrick), John (Odette) and Richard Lapa; and her grandson Richard Roman Lapa.
