He was predeceased by: his father Jan Lesak; and his nephew Christopher Arciszewski. He is survived by: his daughters, Dorothy Korbel (David), Renee Spalding (Jeff) and Annette Lesak (Kellen Terrett); his grandchildren, Davis Korbel, Dennis Terrett, Oscar Terrett, Benjamin Spalding, Luke Spalding and Jacob Spalding; his mother Stanislawa Lesak; his siblings, Janet Arciszewski (late Casimir) and Jozef Lesak (Barbara); and his nieces and nephews, Henry Arciszewski (Jennifer), Monica Perez (Jaime), Michael Arciszewski (Coral), Ewelina Lesak and Justyna Lesak. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
Memorial donations in honor of Henry may be made to Prostate Cancer Foundation.
