She is survived by: her spouse Franciscek Surma; her children, Theresa DeMaso (Tony), Beata Janecek (Erik) and Basia Surma (Scott Maness); her sisters, Maria Kapusciak (Stefan), Alina Sarniak (Stanislaw), Stefania Margosiak (Jozef) and Emilia Margosiak (Wladyslaw); her aunt Anna Marmol; and her siblings-in-law, Paul, Helena Surma, Walenty and Maria Surma. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
