He is survived by: his wife Maria Zajaczkowski; his children, Mirek Zajaczkowski (Irena Kowalczyk), Lidia Bukowski (Andrzej) and Daniel Zajaczkowski (Bernadetta); his grandchildren, Julia, Diana, Olivia, Lucas, Emilia, Damian, Natalia and David; and his sister Anna Zajaczkowski.

A funeral Mass was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (8245 W 111th St, Palos Hills, IL 60465).
