She is survived by: her children, Malgorzata Surdyka (Jacek), Zygmunt Jurczak (Renata) and Wanda Burzawa (Janusz); her grandchildren, Klaudia (Jan), Katarzyna (Dominik), Magdalena (Jakub), Sebastian (Ewa), Sylwester, Jakub and Kacper; her great grandchildren, Thomas, Ryan, Liam and Kacper; and her siblings, Jozef Spyrka (Antonina) and Genowefa Malacha (Marian). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
