She is survived by: her children, Anna Jezierczak (Zdzislaw), Adam Maka (Izabela), Marek Maka (Magdalena), Zbigniew Maka and Wieslawa Mietus (Marek); her grandchildren, Gabriela Jezierczak, Arkadiusz Jezierczak, Peter Maka, Lyla Maka, Olivia Maka, Emilia Mietus, Fabian, Olivier Mietus and Noah Mietus; and her brother Jozef Maka. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
