She was predeceased by: her parents, Themistocles and Ekaterina; her stepmother Gethemene; and her brother Kyriakos. She is survived by: her brother George; her children, Nicholas Lagen (Anastasia), Tom Lagen (Jodi), George Zaharoff Lagen and Katrina Bischoff (Jeffrey Kane Bischoff); her grandchildren, Ted, Maria (Gabe Wilner), Katerina (Pavlos Korkotas), Themistokles (Eleni), Warren Buckley Bischoff and Mariana Lela Bischoff; and her great grandchild Spyridon. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Anargyroi-St. Nektarios Hellenic Orthodox Church (11360 S Lawler Ave, Alsip, IL 60803). A burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Book Hotel Bethania Cemetery (7701 Archer Ave, Justice, IL 60458).
