She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Doogan and Maribel Doogan; and her siblings, Art Doogan (late Gert), Cliff Doogan (late Rita), Edith Radtke (late Irv), Annabell Usrey (late Tex), Dolores Doogan, Butch Doogan (late Annie), Moe Doogan (late Essie), Dolores Jacqueline Umlauf (late Aaron), Patricia Doogan, Donald Doogan (Teddie), Jerry Doogan (Tanya), Peggy Volski (James), David Doogan (Gail) and Nancy Fandry (Donald).
She is survived by: her husband Chester Collier; her daughters, Elizabeth Shue (John), Jennifer Collier-Hollowell and Rebecca Palmer (late William IV); her grandchildren, William Palmer V, Kyle Palmer, Jeremy Shue and Emily Hollowell; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Palmer, William Palmer VI and Layla Palmer; and her sister Bridget Hammond (late Rick).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location.
