She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Putlak, Sr.; her daughter Barbara Putlak; and her parents, Maria Grencik and Joseph Grencik. She is survived by: her children, Edward Putlak Jr. (Sandi), Arleen Lothian (Guy) and Michael Putlak (Maureen); her granddaughter Samantha Putlak; and her sisters, Emily Putlak (Norbert) and Dorothy Wanda (John). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
