She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Eugeniusz Czyszczon, Maria and Tadeusz Palka. She is survived by: her parents, Iwona Palka and Wladyslaw Palka; her sibling Marek Palka; and her grandmother Helena. She is also survived by godparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
