He is survived by: his children, Gary D. Lewis (Donna) and Sharon K. Conrad (Robert); his grandchildren, Erik Lewis (Marie), Robert J. Lewis, Allison Thiele (Timothy), Danielle Conrad and Jonathan Conrad; his great grandchildren, Jaden, Jimmy, Bobby, Zachary, Logan, Aiden, Sophia, Bryce, Robbie, Kaylynn and Carter; and his brother Wayne Lewis (late Chris).
