She is survived by: her daughter Linda Zack; her grandchildren, Stephanie Zack, Michael Zack, Amanda [Michael] Lesko and Kelsey [Scott] Kuehn; her great grandchildren, Liam Richard Lesko and River Rose Lesko; and her sisters, Claire and Kathleen.
