He was predeceased by: his parents, Aniela Chudoba and Wincenty Chudoba; and his brother Kazimierz Chudoba. He is survived by: his wife Maria Chudoba; his children, Robert Chudoba (Elzbieta), Dorota Salgado (Anthony) and Justyna Stoch (Piotr); his grandchildren, Sebastian Chudoba, Isabella Salgado, Lily Salgado, Lukas Stoch and Olivia Stoch; and his siblings, Adam Chudoba (Filomena), Jan Chudoba (late Zofia), Tadeusz Chudoba (Barbara), Marian Chudoba (Krystyna) and Maria Mierzwa (Tadeusz). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A procession was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
