She is survived by: her spouse Jan Koscielak; her child Rozalia Dziadkowiec (Jozef); her grandchildren, Jolanta Makino (Saygi), Adam Dziadkowiec and Katarzyna Arnold (Ted); her great grandchildren, Adelina Arnold, Theo Arnold and Raphael Makino; and her sibling Genowefa Czarniak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
