She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefania Tylka and Bronislaw Tylka; and her siblings, Mieczyslaw Tylka, Tadeusz Tylka and Jan Tylka.
She is survived by: her spouse Jan Koscielak; her child Rozalia Dziadkowiec (Jozef); her grandchildren, Jolanta Makino (Saygi), Adam Dziadkowiec and Katarzyna Arnold (Tadeusz); her great grandchildren, Adelina Arnold, Theo Arnold and Raphael Makino; and her sibling Genowefa Czarniak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium (7861 88th Ave, Justice, IL 60458). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Our Lady Mother of the Church (116 Hilton St, Willow Springs, IL 60480).
