She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Janczy; her daughter Grace Szafran (John); her parents, Karolina Karpiel and Franciszek Karpiel; and her siblings, Anna Kalafut and Katarzyna Bukowski.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Muszynski (Roman), Margie Janczy and Peter Janczy; her grandchildren, Rick Szafran, Martin Szafran, Jonathan Szafran (Jennifer), Krystina Derrow (Austin), Briana Janczy and Nicole Muszynski; her great grandchildren, James Szafran, Lucas Szafran, Hugo Szafran and Gracie Szafran; and her sister Maria Plewa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
