He is survived by: his wife Deborah Gray-Randall of Bourbonnais, IL; his children, Richard Johnson Sr. of Chicago, IL, Michael Hayman of Chicago, IL, Annie Henry of Bloomington, IL, Gail Randall (James) of Chicago, IL, Kim Butler-Thompson (Martinez) of Chicago, IL and Patricia Johnson of Chicago, IL; his brothers, Peter Randall (Connie) of Merrillville, IN and Larry Gray (Tonya) of University Park, IL; his brother-in-law Howard "Duck" Saffold of San Diego, CA; and his godchildren, Brittany Taylor, Brandon Taylor, Tatyanna Gray and Kenny McCurry Jr.. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
