He is survived by: his wife Lee Anna Singleton; his children, Laurice Griffin (Juan) of Evansville, IN and Kevin Singleton of Kankakee, IL; his siblings, Laura James, Rosa Lee Haney, Margaret Singleton of Baton Rouge, LA, Adline Thomas of Jackson, LA, Nelson White of Hopkins Park, IL and Elmer Caffey of Kankakee, IL; his sisters-in-law, Betty Dunn (Charles) of Ethel Louisiana, Hazel Sykes (Charles), Asalee Byrd (Jimmy) of Chicago Illinois and Judith White of Kankakee, IL; his daughters-in-law, Stacey Lawrence of Blaine, MN, Elizabeth Cook of Kankakee, IL and Charity Singleton of Minneapolis, MN; and his close friends, Gordon Hines, Angelo Ervin and Clarence Jordan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
