He is survived by: his wife Shirley Swain of Kankakee; his children, Lori (Larry Henkel), Jodi (Jeff Trudeau), Christopher, Anthony and Lesley Swain of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Caitlin Henkel, Mason Henkel, Mallory Trudeau, Connor Swain, Gabrielle (Joey Johnson) and Blake Swain; and his great grandchild Mila Rae Johnson.
