She was predeceased by: her parents, Jaqueline Surprenant McCoin and Gerald Sr. McCoin; and her siblings, Gerald Jr. (Jerry), Linda, Ronnie, Michael (Mike) and Duane (Jerry Spaulding).
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Phelps (Hitomi) of Richlands, NC, Stacy Nowman (Mike) of Leland, NC and Tony Nutall (Katie) of Bourbonnais; her siblings, Cynthia (Cindy), David, Deborah (Debbie) and Todd; her grandchildren, Kelce (Jesus), Alyssa (Salyna), Mathew (Kylie) and Alaina (Jax); and her great grandchild Clover.
