She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Wheatley and Elizabeth Wheatley (Hess); her husband Robert "Bob" Trudeau; her former husband Gordon Jaenicke; her brother Ronald Wheatley; and her sister-in-law Louise Wheatley.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Jaenicke (Kris), Catherine Jaenicke Devries (John) and Marie Panozzo; her brother Jerry Smith (Mary Ann); and her stepchildren, Todd Trudeau (Betty Ann) and Laurie Trudeau. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Jensen Funeral Home of Kankakee On (3639 E IL-17, Kankakee, IL 60901). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mound Grove Cemetery (1000 N Greenwood Ave, Kankakee, IL 60901).
