He was predeceased by: his father Donald R. Staton. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Sue Staton (Collins); his wife Jenny L. Staton of Kankakee; and his siblings, Chesley Staton of Champaign, Trena Wilkinson (Rand) of Momence, Rachel Weigt of Plano and Caleb Staton of Vienna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as many best friends.
