She was predeceased by: her parents, Allean Ward (Fisher) and Cornell Ward Sr.; her parents-in-law, Olivia Farrow and Charlie Farrow; her sister Elzora Ward-Collins; her siblings-in-law, Phillip "Ricky" Collins, Joe Peak, Glen Farrow, Charles Farrow, Clint Farrow, Willie Farrow, Roger Farrow and Margaret Ward; and her great grandchildren, Melvin Marcell Keys Jr. (Baby Mello) and Lailani Ward.
She is survived by: her niece Renee Crews; her husband James Farrow; her children, Tangula Ward-Bozeman (Joseph) of Wetumpka, AL, Allean Danielle Ward-Thompson (Shawn) of Omaha, NE, Adonis Ward of Kankakee, IL, Maurice Ward (Jamie) of Seagoville, TX and Kurtis Farrow of Minneapolis, MN; her siblings, Pamela Ward-Basu (Basu) of Pembroke, IL, Karon Arnold (Walter) of Hopkins Park, IL, Alean Ward-Peak, Marisa Ward of Kankakee, IL, Robert Ward of Avilene, TX, Henry Ward (Lillian) of Kankakee, IL, Cornell Ward Jr. (Glenda) of Hopkins Park, IL, Dennis Ward of Hopkins, IL and Shawn Ward (Greta) of Kankakee, IL; her siblings-in-law, Genieva, Juanita Farrow of Bourbonnais, IL, Mike and Steven Farrow of Kankakee, IL; and her siblings, Jacqueline Johnson and Dezuan Dairnay. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (1055 N Schuyler Ave, Kankakee, IL 60901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fellowship Bible Church (13043 E 2260S Road, Hopkins Park, IL 60954).
