He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Wheeler of Kankakee; his children, Marlene Grubich (Dan), Dennis Jr. Wheeler (Jody) of Frazee, Donald Wheeler of Delavan, WI, Tim Wheeler of Kankakee and DeAnn Brinkmann (Gerald) of Kankakee; his grandchildren, Tim (Whitney), Matt (Melanie), Jacob (Erika), Kim (Michael), Jillian, Chase, Cassidy and Zach; his great grandchildren, Chase, Audrey, Everleigh, Lorraine, Gabriel and Izzy; his sister Dayle Seitz of Kankakee; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Lowery of Kankakee and Sonny Lowery (Marie) of Oregan.
