She is survived by: her children, Elliot Brinkman (Stephany) of Champaign, IL and Jessica Smith (Jamar) of Modena, Italy.; her siblings, Patricia Appell (Grant) of Kankakee, Gary Girot of Bourbonnais, IL and James Girot of Connersville, IN; her siblings-in-law, Terri Girot and Gary Gentry; and her grandchildren, Claire, Simone, Adrienne Brinkman, Makhi, Mia and Preston Smith.
