He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Denham Sr. and Stella Mae Howell (Johnson); and his brothers, Stewart and Art Britt. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Denham Dismuke (James) of Harrisburg, Blake Denham of South Bend, Traci Webb and Bradley Denham; his siblings, Carolyn White of Kankakee, Paula Olena of Harrisburg and Dennis Britt of Eldorado; his grandchildren, Xavier, Monet, Jocelyn, Jayden, Avianna, Braidyn, Acacia, Analia, Nicole, Braxten, Alana, Theo, Brando, Delaney and Zaiden; his niece Laura; and his nephew Larry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
