Thomas Ervin Sr. of Kankakee, IL, George Ervin Jr. (Annette) of Raytown, MO, Angelo Ervin (Brenda) of Bourbonnais, IL, Gloria McGill of Kankakee, IL, Martha Ervin of Nashville, TN, Betty Holmes of Kankakee, IL, Addie Wallace of Kankakee, IL and Annette Flournoy of Manteno, IL. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Lax Mortuary (187 S Greenwood Ave, Kankakee, IL 60901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM.
