She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Blissard and Ruby Blissard (Hawkins); and her brother David Rollin Blissard. She is survived by: her children, Gene Tapp of Kankakee and Jamie Tapp of Kankakee. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
