He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. West and Betty West (Bergman); and his brother Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Andrew West of Bourbonnais, Erin Fontenot of Reeves, LA and Sara West of Kankakee; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Audrey, Kyrstin and Logan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
