He is survived by: his wife Patricia Klonowski of Kankakee; his daughters, Debbie Spaulding (Donald) of Kankakee, Kathy Bonvallet (Larry) of Tinley Park and Chris Slegr (Rick) of Bradley; his grandchildren, Dawn Manzke (Art) of Kankakee, Lauren Bonvallet of Tinley Park, Nick Slegr (Courtney) of Bourbonnais, Dana Duval (Matt) of Bourbonnais, Derek Slegr of Bradley and Keegan West (Andrew) of Bourbonnais; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Gavin, Henry, Hannah, Lincoln and Emerysen.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kankakee - Clancy-Gernon-Hertz Funeral Home (1480 W Court St, Kankakee, IL 60901). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (428 S Indiana Ave, Kankakee, IL 60901).
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
